shipments
National shipments are made through Correo Argentino, which can be at home or with delivery to a branch. In turn, we have shipments by motorcycle or fast courier, in case you select the shipping option to agree.
The cost of shipping by Argentine mail is quoted once the postal code is entered when making the purchase and it is paid together with the order. It is not included in the amount of the product.
The shipment to be agreed is coordinated by email to info@camilamonge.com Please, when sending the email, mention the order number, name and surname, shipping information, postal code and time range in order to finish coordinating the delivery.
International shipments are made by DHL. In case of selecting this option, it will be quoted by email: info@camilamonge.com . The value depends on the weight and measurements of the package, which is why each particular case is quoted. It does not include the taxes of each country. To find out, contact the company directly.
The shipment will be made once the payment is accredited.
Delivery times
The products have a delay of between 20 and 30 days as it is a product of artisan manufacture. Once the order is ready, a notification will be sent via email. It's really worth the wait :)

Important information, changes and returns
Keep in mind that the handles are a completely handmade product. They present certain imperfections worthy of the hand of man. For me it is very valuable that this happens because it shows the great work behind it. Each piece is unique and special. It is important to know this, since there are certain things that are not considered defective for exchange or return.
If the product is not what you expected, it can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Take into account that it must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was delivered. The return shipment will be the responsibility of the client and once the product is received and checked that it is in the same conditions, the money will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be paid by the customer.
Products that were made with a special color will not have a return as it is a completely custom-made product.
If the product presents a defect that does not allow its proper functioning as such, the change will be made and we will take care of it. If you found this, please send us an email to info so we can move forward with the change of the product.
