National shipments are made through Correo Argentino, which can be at home or with delivery to a branch. In turn, we have shipments by motorcycle or fast courier, in case you select the shipping option to agree.

The cost of shipping by Argentine mail is quoted once the postal code is entered when making the purchase and it is paid together with the order. It is not included in the amount of the product.

The products have a delay of between 20 and 30 days as it is a product of artisan manufacture. Once the order is ready, a notification will be sent via email. It's really worth the wait :)

Keep in mind that the handles are a completely handmade product. They present certain imperfections worthy of the hand of man. For me it is very valuable that this happens because it shows the great work behind it. Each piece is unique and special. It is important to know this, since there are certain things that are not considered defective for exchange or return.

If the product is not what you expected, it can be returned within 7 days of purchase. Take into account that it must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was delivered. The return shipment will be the responsibility of the client and once the product is received and checked that it is in the same conditions, the money will be refunded.
